“We have worked hard with members of the Wyoming bar, judges, clerks of court, and our excellent staff to arrive at the best possible statewide eFiling system for our court users and filers. We are pleased to have FSX assist us to make eFiling a reality for our state,” said Michael Davis, Chief Justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court. State Court Administrator Lily Sharpe echoed the Chief Justice’s sentiment saying, “We wanted a proven solution to realize our vision of providing filers throughout our state with innovation and improved capabilities at an efficient cost. FSX’s experience, configurable technology, and easy-to-use system will allow us to do just that. Decreasing the manual work and paper processes will significantly improve processing cases and allow us to better serve our constituents.”
FSX will provide the first eFiling solution for district court filings and will be a key part of the new chancery court, which will begin accepting cases in December of this year. “We are thrilled to be part of the Court’s innovation project. Our thirty years of experience and cloud-based technology will bring the state of Wyoming the automation, efficiency, and capabilities desired. We look forward to serving the judicial and legal community,” said FSX Chief Executive Officer, Tammy Carter.
