Beginning July 1 2022, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the new Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia will implement eFiling for all case classes.
Beginning July 1, 2022 eFiling and eService will be available for the following case classes:
- Petition for Bail
- Mass Litigation Panel Referral
- Original Jurisdiction
- Business Court Referral
- Certified Question
- Civil-Appeals
- Administrative Appeal-PSC
- Rule Submission
- Workers’ Compensation
- Lawyer Admission
- Judicial Disciplinary
- Lawyer Disciplinary
- Criminal-Appeals
- General Appeals
- Workers’ Compensation
No. Electronic filing is only available in newly filed cases from orders entered by a lower tribunal after June 30, 2022.
eFiling is mandatory for Attorneys.
