Fresh Features: New Ways to Save Time with FSX
We’ve been hard at work upgrading FSX this year. From new time-saving features to user interface improvements across our services, let’s take a closer look at some of the changes we’ve made:
Firm-Wide Saved Additional Recipient Lists – Keep Everyone in the Loop
This time-saving upgrade ensures everyone is in the loop. Any time a recipient is added to your case’s additional recipient list, FSX will remember their information for everyone in your firm. The next time anyone in your firm is filing in the case, they can select from the firm-wide recipient list to ensure everyone is in the loop, cutting down on client communication errors and administrative work.
Guided Navigation – Never Lose Your eFiling Progress
Our new guided navigation buttons on each page lead you through eFiling step-by-step. Filers can also navigate between pages with keyboard shortcuts, to cut down on clicks. Plus, if you need to step away and come back to your filing later, we’ve got you covered. FSX saves your work every step of the way, so you can pick up where you left off when it’s convenient for you.
Comprehensive Read Receipts– Know the Status of Every Document
Confidently report read status with our latest read receipt upgrades. Conveniently located in the Service tab, read receipts can now report the read status of documents that have been read via email outside of the FSX app. By tracking external sources, we can provide a more complete view of your document read status.
Data Reports – Get the Most out of Your eFiling
FSX users can now export and download a convenient CSV file of all search results, sent documents, served documents, and more. Use your exported CSV of data to measure your results, create your own reporting, or upload to your own content management system (and skip typing that data in manually).
Each of these features on their own are meaningful changes to the FSX workflow. All put together, it adds up to a more flexible and informative eFiling service. Overall, our users can worry less about eFiling and focus on what matters.
